Vendor Information

We are happy to announce that registration for the 2024 Immanuel Christmas Bazaar opens May 1st, 2024!

We have adjusted the layout, hoping to accommodate those needing larger booths.  If you are sharing a booth, please provide information for both vendors on the application.  This information will be shared with customers in the book that is handed out the day of the event. Please note, booths with electricity are indicated with a lightning bolt.

You may submit your application by mail or by email. Payment with your application is encouraged, though not required (check, cash, or money order, please).  Full payment is required no later than September 1 to hold your space. Vendors who cancel prior to October 1 will receive a refund of amounts paid.  Any refunds for cancellations after this date will be in the form of future credit and will be given at the discretion of the vendor coordinator. Credits given will depend largely on whether your space can be filled at the last-minute with another vendor.

When choosing which vendors will be accepted, the goal of our selection committee is to make sure this event offers a wide variety of quality items that are desirable to those attending our bazaar.  Quality handcrafted items are especially appreciated and encouraged, but we will also continue to accept commercial products as well (though we do not accept more than one representative from any one company or brand name). In the case of like items or same company, application receipt dates will be considered.

Vendors are encouraged to provide us with a website where we can view your products. Giving good descriptions of items you will sell, or even sending pictures of your products or display along with your application, is also helpful when considering applications.

You may indicate on your application which space(s) you would like to have. As usual, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned to the space you request, but we will do our best to accommodate you.  (Understand that electricity needs play a factor in placement, as well as a desire to place similar product vendors apart from each other.)  Prior vendors have told us that there are no “bad” spaces at our bazaar – the gym and atrium both get good traffic, and you will very likely be happy with any space assigned to you. Booth assignment will not be made until July 1st and will be communicated to you by July 15th at the latest.
