Easter Sunday, April 17

When Easter Sunday begins, all is dark as it was at the conclusion of Good Friday worship. However, it’s not far into the 6am Sonrise Service when the lights are turned up and the Alleluias begin!

An Easter Breakfast will be held in the gym following the 6am service (7-8am) and again following the 8am service (9:30-10:30am). This is a wonderful fellowship opportunity as a community of faith, as well as an excellent youth fundraiser.

Easter worship will continue with Immanuel Lutheran Church’s 8am Classic Grace service and 10:30am Contemporary Joy service. Both services will include an instrumental ensemble. In addition, the 8am service will include a handbell and vocal choir and the 10:30 service includes a worship team.

An Easter Egg Hunt will take place on the west side of the building, beginning under the pergola, at 9:45am on Easter Sunday for all children through 5^th grade.

Immanuel will again be having our beloved Flower Cross on Easter Sunday! Please plan to bring a few fresh flowers with you on Easter Sunday to add to the cross, a visual display of new life and beauty!
